Building on the many years of experience acquired as the undisputed world leader in the field of closed circuit washing systems, Union is pleased to present the new range of SDM C Series machines for cleaning polyurethane shoe soles.
SDM C machines can wash the soles directly inside the plastic cases used during the molding processes. As a result of this feature, it is possible to treat soles of different models or different sizes in the same washing cycle.
The range comprises two models for use with hydrocarbons or modified alcohols, depending on the type of soles to be washed, the material of the sole and the treatment required downstream of cleaning.
In designing the SDM C machines, particular attention was paid to:
- Optimization of operating costs by adopting innovative heat recovery systems.
- The use of high quality stainless steel components.
- Improvement of the washing performance.
- Utilising available technology to improve operator safety and minimise environmental impact.
