This range of equipment is designed for the specific needs of washing geometrically complex components with the presence of internal ducts and/or threaded blind holes, to meet the needs of companies that require a high quality final wash and an optimal level of component drying.

Hydrokinetic washers are capable of highly accurate washing of parts placed inside dedicated stainless steel structures, for a high-pressure hydrokinetic washing action in total immersion combined with the possible action of ultrasound in an airless internal environment.

Depending on the type of parts being treated, it is possible to select the type of rotation: oscillating or continuous 360°, static for very delicate parts with the use of rotating sprayers integrated in the machine chamber. The range consists of various sizes, each capable of meeting different production needs.

The systems are completely closed-loop, with continuous filtration of the washing and rinsing baths and separation of oily residues by closed-loop oil separators. Drying of parts is done by closed-circuit air flow heated at atmospheric pressure followed by a reduced pressure phase in the treatment chamber in order to accelerate the phenomenon of evaporation of the residual washing liquid on the treated parts.

The equipment is completely closed-circuit, with continuous filtering of the washing and rinsing baths and separation of the oily residue.

Particular attention was paid at the design stage:

• Manageability in loading and unloading operations based on ergonomic principles.
• Optimization of operating costs by adopting innovative heat recovery systems.
• High quality stainless steel components.

The electrical panel includes a control PLC that allows management of various configurable treatment programs, preheating and de-oiling timers, a wide range of plant functional parameters.

Various options available including: Coalescing oil separator, magnetic filters, heating with gas burners or heat exchanger and automatic loading systems, detergent dispensers, and remote maintenance.
