These are washing systems suitable for medium - high production of morphologically complex mechanical parts. The part being treated by its own conformation can be placed directly on the washing system by automatic servo or manual loading.

The parts once in position advance inside the step-by-step rotary table going through the provided treatment zones. The washing process, the positioning of the part and the type of sprayers are defined according to the customer's need and requirements; hence the custom realization of the system upon specific request for a top quality surface finish.

Rotary table washing plants have the peculiarity of stepping feed, which enables them to accomplish the washing of morphologically complex mechanical parts with high cadence.

During the step pause, it is possible to perform calibrated washing with targeted jets or to equip the treatment station with specific mobile equipment, which makes it possible to reach all possible sub-squares present in the workpiece being treated for its washing-blowing-drying and eventual cooling and/or final integrated atomized passivation.
