Continuous washing tunnels are washing facilities suitable for medium to high production of morphologically mechanical parts of medium or low complexity.

The part to be processed due to its own conformation can be placed directly on the conveying system by means of automatic or manual servoing.

The part advances inside the tunnel by passing through the treatment zones provided in the design phase.

The washing process is defined according to the customer's needs, hence the realization of single-tank plants for continuous inter-operational washing of parts from machine tools in general, or multi-tank plants for more complex treatments where a higher quality surface finish is required.

The electrical panel includes a control PLC that allows management of the preheating and de-oiling timer and a wide range of plant functional parameters.

Various options available including: Coalescing oil separator, magnetic filters, gas burner heating, detergent dispensers, and remote assistance.
