These axial rotating basket plants, take advantage of spray washing of degreasing liquids and find application in the treatment of parts of simple geometry that do not require special washing.

These systems are easy to install, require no special maintenance, and are constructed entirely of AISI304 stainless steel. The washing tank is completely separate from the treatment cabin to limit the presence of vapors when the lid is opened. Rotation is driven by a gear motor, and the washing nozzles are easily accessible to allow maintenance. Washing is done by pressure spraying of hot water mixed with suitable detergents.

Various options available including: glovebox and inspection glass combined with hand gun fed by a high-pressure washing pump, disc oil separator, thermal insulation for high-temperature washing, bag filtration, basket trolley, hot air drying, second rinsing tank.
