The SDM range of plants, for companies capable of high productions is characterized by a fully automatic loading and unloading system. The plants are fully closed-loop, with automatic continuous vacuum distillation of the solvent. It consists of two models of different productivity using different types of solvents.
Chlorinated solvents or alternative solvents such as hydrocarbons or modified Alcohol (H models) depending on the type of soles to be washed, sole material to be treated, and downstream treatment required.

This range of equipment is capable of washing soles directly inside the plastic crates known to be used during molding.
This makes it possible to process soles of different models or different sizes in the same washing cycle. It consists of two models of different productivity using only alternative solvents such as hydrocarbons or Alcohols modified according to the type of soles to be washed, sole material to be treated, and treatment required downstream.
The plants are fully closed-loop with automatic continuous vacuum distillation of the solvent.
